Hello and welcome!

My name is Jake, and I'm a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I've been in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) for nine years, supporting over 75 learners and their families. I’ve trained and supported 50+ junior therapists contributing to the wider network of care, supporting students at school, home, and clinical settings. I now call Singapore home and offer services island-wide.

My experience has taught me that effective therapy must be as unique as the family it serves. My approach is deeply family-centred, focusing on goals that truly matter to you, like building meaningful communication, fostering independence, and creating smoother everyday routines that work for your whole family.

My work is comprehensive and collaborative. Whether I'm working one-to-one with your child, conducting assessments, designing behaviour support plans, or providing caregiver coaching, I prioritise strategies that are clear, ethical, and sustainable. Behaviour can be complex, so I always ensure we understand together what we're doing and why.

Whether we're working at home, in the classroom, or out in the community, my mission remains the same: to create the right conditions for your child to grow with confidence, at their own pace, and in their own way.

I look forward to the possibility of partnering with you.

Mission Statement

The name of our company came to me whilst standing in the California desert during a rare superbloom, when millions of seeds that have waited, often for years, rise together in colour. Those seeds were always there, quiet and unseen, holding everything they needed. They simply required the right mix of sun, rain, time, and a bit of shelter from harsh winds.

That image is at the heart of our work with children. Growth isn't a race or a timetable; it's a response to conditions. When a child is met with acceptance, clear support, and compassionate guidance, skills emerge that were already within them: communication, connection, confidence. We don't force flowers open. We prepare the ground, tend the environment, and celebrate each new petal as it arrives.

Superbloom offers patient guidance, evidence-based practice, and family partnership so that children can flourish in their own season. Like the poppy in our logo, bright, sturdy, and smiling, every child's growth is possible, natural, and worth waiting for.
